This is the first I've seen of Purple sylphs being handed out as a random prize if this is to follow suit of the blues. It seems that purples will be winnable followed by coin of ancestory purple purchase followed by evolved purple sylphs. I've only caught here say of a 2nd evolution to sylphs if that is the case. I'd say start saving your ancestory coins.
